10/01/2020 - (7pm) DIY Virtual Fundraiser for North Shore Cancer Walk

Hammer & Stain North Shore

Join us Thursday, October 1st at 7pm for a fun & creative DIY virtual Fundraiser benefiting the North Shore Cancer Walk! Make your own custom sign from the comfort & safety of your home while we raise $$ for such a great cause! The virtual event & workshop will last approx. 1.5-2 hours and $10 for every project purchased will be donated to NSCW and everyone who participates will be entered to win a $25 gift card to Hammer & Stain North Shore to use towards a future workshop or Hammer @ Home Kit!

There will be a virtual drawing of some great items you can win! More details on participation in the drawings will be provided during the DIY event.

**If you can't jump on the virtual workshop you can still participate in the fundraiser with a Hammer @ Home kit that will include step-by-step instructions and a short video to watch so you can complete your project on your own.

 

 

Choose from one of the following projects:

12x12 square sign - $40

18" round sign - $50

 

Pick a design by scrolling through the pictures (drop down menu will match picture) and personalize your project with your family name/est. date where designs allow! You have can also customize your project by choosing your stain (background color) and paint colors of your choice!

 

Once you place your order we will put together your take home kit for the virtual fundraiser which will include: Unfinished wood sign, stencil, stain & paint colors of your choice, sponges & tools to complete your project as well as a set of instructions (in case something comes up and you cant make the live virtual class) and a private link to our live zoom workshop which will be sent out via email the morning of the event!

 

Kits will be available for FREE curbside pickup starting September 28th or can be shipped to your house for a flat rate of ($10).  **If you choose shipping you must place your order by September 21st in order to receive your project in time for the virtual event.

Orders being picked up curbside must be placed by September 24th. 

 

 

 

HOW TO REGISTER:

 

1. Choose a design option using the pictures - drop down menu should match pictures when you switch from one to one. 

2. Choose 1 Stain Color for your project: White, Grey, Black, Dark Blue, Natural Wood or Brown.  

3. Choose up to 4 Paint Colors for your stencil: Bright Blue, Dark Blue, White, Black, Dark Green, Bright Green, Light Purple, Dark Purple, Pink, Light Grey, Orange, Yellow, Light Teal, Teal, Red, Coral/Peach, or Brown.

4. For designs that have names or dates please write in the name/date in the personalization field.  *This is for designs that have names or dates only

5. Add on Options: If you would like to add sign hanging hardware ($2) for your sign please check off this option before checking out

6. If you would like to turn your round sing into a TRAY ($10) by adding handles and/or spinning LAZY SUSAN ($15) please check off this option before checking out.

7. Please choose a delivery option: FREE Curbside pickup at our studio (296A Cabot St, Beverly MA 01915) or Shipping ($10 flat rate)

***Once your order has been submitted we are immediately beginning the process of production of your personalized stencil. Due to the customizations of ALL of our workshops, there are NO REFUNDS FOR WORKSHOPS! However, if you cancel with at least 48-hours-notice your FULL reservation fee will be turned into a store credit that can ONLY be used for future workshops. Same day cancellations or no-shows will NOT get a credit for a future workshop! Please email us (hammerandstainns@gmail.com) to cancel. If you do not show up for a workshop that you have a spot reserved, you forfeit your payment.  If you have to cancel we can hold your project for up to 60 days for you to come in and complete at one of our Open Paints/Studio times or to bring home and complete.
