Looking for something fun and creative to do with the kids—or just want a relaxing way to spend the day with a friend? Our Drop-In Open Paint Events are the perfect way to explore your creativity at your own pace!
Projects start at just $8, and there’s no need to book ahead—just walk in, pick a project, and get painting!
🎨 Project options include: – Seasonal crafts – Paint Your Own Ceramics – Wood signs, trays & shapes – And more fun surprises!
We provide all the materials and easy-to-follow instructions so you can make something amazing, no matter your age or skill level. All projects are first come first serve and most projects take 45-90 minutes depending on what you choose and price is based on project (not time)

Rather create at home? Pick out your craft projects during our open time and we will package them up as a craft kit (stain, paints & materials included) and bring it home to make!
If you have a special request for a project or design please email us at least 1 week in advance at hammerandstainns@gmail.com and we will do our best to accommodate a custom request and reserve a project for you!
Once your order has been submitted we are immediately beginning the process of production of your personalized stencil. Due to the customizations of ALL of our workshops, there are NO REFUNDS FOR WORKSHOPS! However, if you cancel with at least 48-hours-notice your FULL reservation fee will be turned into a store credit that can ONLY be used for future workshops. Same day cancellations or no-shows will NOT get a credit for a future workshop! Please email us (hammerandstainns@gmail.com) to cancel. If you do not show up for a workshop that you have a spot reserved, you forfeit your payment. If you have to cancel we can hold your project for up to 60 days for you to come in and complete at one of our Open Paints/Studio times or to bring home and complete.
