How to Book a Private Party

Looking for a fun ladies night out? Or team building activity? Or a family fun day? Or maybe you want to celebrate a Birthday, shower a Bride to be in a fun & creative way, or throw a Bachelorette party!  Gather your friends, family & co-workers and be a HOST for a private party at our studio!

How to book a private party:

Choose a Date & Time: Private parties can be booked 7 days a week based on availability.

 Choose a Type of Party:

  • In-Studio -current regulations: 6 person minimum & 15 person max - masks must be worn by everyone in attendance
  • Virtual -10 person minimum & NO max. Virtual workshops close out 5 days prior to event so we can prepare everyone's take home kit (includes project, stencil & all materials needed to complete from home) and we provide a private zoom link the morning of the party to everyone attending. Attendees pick up their projects/kits  1-3 days before virtual party from our studio.
  • Hammer at Home Craft Parties - no min required. We package everyone's project as a take home kit with step-by-step instructions to follow. You pick the day/time that is most convenient for your friends/family. All kits can be picked up at one time by the host 1-3 days prior to your at home party.
  • Corporate or Private offsite events/workshop w/instructor - 15 person minimum & NO max. You provide the location/space and tables and we bring all projects (chosen ahead of time by attendees) and materials. We provide on site instruction and set up/clean up!

 

Deposit: A $25 deposit is required for In-Studio, Virtual or Corporate/Private offsite events to secure a date & time with an instructor.. This ensures you have the studio space to yourself to enjoy the workshop or secure the date for an instructor to be present on a zoom call or in person! Deposits are not refundable IF cancelled within 7 days of a party (You will receive a credit/gift card in your deposit amount if cancelled 7 days or less from the event). Your deposit will go towards what you owe for the project/event you choose to make (ex: If you choose a $45 project you will only have to pay the difference of $20 when registering).

 

Registration: Your guests will need to pay individually via your private reservations link once created. Registration closes 3 days prior to your party in order to create your designs and build your projects. If you or your company are choosing to pay for everyone's projects we will set projects to $0 and send you a final invoice once everyone has signed up - the final invoice is due 3 days prior to the party.

 

Project Options: Most adult projects range from $45-$85. You can pick up to 3 different project types for your party. Each project usually comes with 10+ designs. **please note some projects are seasonal or require 3-4 weeks notice for availability

 

Pick a Theme: Holidays, Monogram, Sports, Seasonal (fall, winter, spring, summer) Custom designs, etc. We always provide 10+ designs options for each project chosen (most come with with 25+ so not everyone has to mak the same exact project/design).

 

Most Workshops/Events last 2-3 hours depending on the project chosen. We are BYOB for your drinks and you can bring in the food that you would like to enjoy during the party. If you book an in-studio workshop you have the space for 3 hours and are allowed to turn up 15 mins early to set up!
