How to Book a Private Party

Private Party Workshops - 2025

Choose a Date & Time: Private parties can be booked 7 days a week based on availability. We can accommodate week DAY parties as well as week nights & weekends!. **PLEASE NOTE: We suggest booking your party at least 3-4 weeks ahead of time to give guests enough time to register and the studio enough time to prepare the projects!

Choose a Type of Party:

In-Studio - 6 person min & 24 person max
For groups of 6-9 there will be a
$50 STUDIO RENTAL FEE (we keep your $50 deposit for the fee) For groups of 10+ there is NO FEE! (we will refund you your $50 deposit prior to the event)

Hammer at Home Craft Parties - no min required. We package everyone's project as a take home kit with step-by-step instructions to follow. You pick the day/time that is most convenient for your friends/family. All kits can be picked up at one time by the host 1-3 days prior to your at home party. (No instructor)

Corporate or Private OFFSITE events/workshop w/instructor - 15 person minimum & NO max. You provide the location/space and tables/chairs and we bring all projects (chosen ahead of time by attendees) and materials. We provide on site instruction and set up/clean up! **Please note there is a $50 travel fee for any off-site events more than 10 miles from our studio

Deposit: A $50 deposit is required for In-Studio or Corporate/Private offsite events to secure a date & time with an instructor. This ensures you have the studio space to yourself to enjoy the workshop. Deposits are non refundable - if you need to cancel your party at any time you do not get the deposit back. **Please note for parties of 6-9 people we KEEP your $50 deposit as part of the studio rental fee and for parties of 10+ we REFUND you the deposit prior to the event.

Project Options: See following pages for workshop & project groupings- Please choose ONE workshop/grouping for your party. You can also view our current public workshop page/calendar on our website to see if there are any specialty/seasonal workshops you want for your private party that may not be listed in the packet.

Registration: Once the deposit is paid & you have picked out your workshop/project grouping, we set up a private party link for you to distribute to all who are invited. Your guests will need to pay individually via your private reservation link. Registration closes 5-7 days prior to your party in order to create your designs and build your projects. If you or your company are choosing to pay for everyone's projects we will set projects to $0 and send you a final invoice once everyone has signed up - the final invoice payment is due 7 days prior to the party.

Most Workshops/Events last 2-3 hours depending on the project chosen. We are BYOB (beer & wine only) and you can bring in the food that you would like to enjoy during the party. If you book an in-studio workshop you have the space for 3 hours and are allowed to turn up 10 mins early to set up anything you bring! **Please note if you go over the 3 hour allotted time for the workshop there is a $25 charge
