This is a PRE ORDER for our kits.  Pre order will run from March 1-March 10th **Projects will be AVAILABLE for pick up or will be SHIPPED to you starting March 17th.  This project will be available again for ordering starting March 18th (if you miss our pre order) and will have a turn around time of 5-7 days.

✨ What’s Included in Your Kit:

  • Pre-cut wooden book tracker base (your selected design)

  • 3D Wooden book pieces (and other decor)

  • TWO SETS of Numbers 0-9 to use to track your book reading

  • Name personalization available (engraved or 3D)

  • Paints for painting your larger pieces of wood (pick up to 4 colors)

  • Paint sponges & brushes

  • Superglue

  • Twine or hanging hardware (if applicable)

  • Step-by-step printed instructions w/pictures

 

**ADD ON OPTION: Set of 12 Colored Acrylic Paint Pens - $10

Please note - the small details are hard to paint with brushes, so we recommend using paint pens for the detail parts! You can use your own paint pens (if you have them at home) OR order our set of 12 colors (for an extra $10).  IF you are ordering a bunch of kits to make with friends you can SHARE the paint pens (so you don't have to order the paint pens per each project if you don't want to).

 Kit Preparation & Pick-Up/Shipping:

Our Sea Glass Tree kits are packaged up with care and will be available starting March 17th for pick up or shipping out **YOU WILL RECEIVE AN EMAIL for days/times to pick up or with your tracking info on March 16th. 
Pick-up is at our studio:📍 211 Rantoul St, Beverly, MA 01915

Need it shipped? No worries! Shipping is a flat rate of $10. Plus, if you're ordering multiple kits, you only pay one shipping fee! We can ship up to 5 orders of these mini trees in one box so you only need to choose shipping once if ordering 1-5 kits. **If ordering more then 1 kit you can adjust your shipping qty to 1 in the cart or choose shipping for only 1 kit and choose "pick up" for the rest so that you only PAY $10 once (for up to 5 kits).

    HOW TO ORDER:

    1. Choose your book tracker design from the drop down menu (please note pictures are just examples of how you can paint/color in your project - you get to make it YOURS based on the colors you choose!)

    2. Choose paint colors (up to 3!)

    3. Choose the personalization you want for your tracker (ex: My Library, Our Library, or Lexi's Library, etc.)

    4. If ordering more then one kit add a kit to your cart and go back to the ordering page to add more.

    5. Need your tree shipped? Shipping is $10 - Please provide shipping address (we can ship up to 5 projects in ONE box - so please only choose shipping ONCE for every 5 kits ordered!).

    • Once your order is placed you can not change the project or color choices you made.
    • All sales are FINAL!
    • If picking up at our studio we will email you times over the next week that we will be at the studio to drop in and pick up. 
    • THIS IS A PRE ORDER - projects ordered between 3/1 - 3/10 will be ready for pick up or shipping on March 17th!

    Terms

    Once your order has been submitted we are immediately beginning the process of production of your personalized stencil. Due to the customizations of ALL of our workshops, there are NO REFUNDS FOR WORKSHOPS! However, if you cancel with at least 48-hours-notice your FULL reservation fee will be turned into a store credit that can ONLY be used for future workshops. Same day cancellations or no-shows will NOT get a credit for a future workshop! Please email us (hammerandstainns@gmail.com) to cancel. If you do not show up for a workshop that you have a spot reserved, you forfeit your payment. If you have to cancel we can hold your project for up to 60 days for you to come in and complete at one of our Open Paints/Studio times or to bring home and complete.
