Join us for a fun & festive night out as we host Ashley's Private Party — an evening of creativity, laughter, and holiday spirit! 🎅✨
Create a holiday-themed wooden sign and personalize it with your choice of stain and paint colors at the workshop. Many designs also allow you to add your family name or custom saying for that perfect personal touch!
We’ll guide you step-by-step using vinyl stencils — so no freehand painting required! (Pictures shown are examples only — you’ll pick your own colors and style during the workshop!)

🛠️ How to Register
Choose your project & design from the dropdown menu. (Images will update as you switch between options.)
For personalized designs, enter your name or saying in the personalization field.
Optional Add-On: Add a frame to 12x12” signs for $15.
1 person per project (two people cannot share a project).
Once your order is submitted, we immediately begin production of your personalized stencil. Because all projects are custom-made, there are NO REFUNDS for workshops.
If you cancel within 24 hours of placing your order, your full reservation fee will be converted into store credit for a future workshop.
If you can’t attend, you have 3 options:
Attend during an open paint time to complete your project.
Request a take-home kit with instructions and tools.
Move your seat to a future workshop within 30 days for a $20 transfer fee.
Please Note: You cannot swap your original project for a different one.
If you cannot attend, please email us at Hammerandstainns@gmail.com. If you do not show up and fail to notify us, you forfeit your payment & project. Projects are held for up to 60 days — after that, payment & project are forfeited.
Once your order has been submitted we are immediately beginning the process of production of your personalized stencil. Due to the customizations of ALL of our workshops, there are NO REFUNDS FOR WORKSHOPS! However, if you cancel with at least 48-hours-notice your FULL reservation fee will be turned into a store credit that can ONLY be used for future workshops. Same day cancellations or no-shows will NOT get a credit for a future workshop! Please email us (hammerandstainns@gmail.com) to cancel. If you do not show up for a workshop that you have a spot reserved, you forfeit your payment. If you have to cancel we can hold your project for up to 60 days for you to come in and complete at one of our Open Paints/Studio times or to bring home and complete.
